A: 3 situation:
1st: If the package is not shipped out, full refund without any reason.
2nd: If the package is on the way, can apply for a refund within 7 days when you received the item.
3rd: If the package is delivered, can apply for a refund within 7 days.
For any reason, undamaged products can be fully refunded within 7 days after the delivery to the shipping address. Once the item is returned to BOXPUT’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Q2: What’s the refund process?
A: 4 steps:
2. BOXPUT support will reply within three working days. After reaching an agreement, you will be given the required information (such as a refund address).
3. Return the goods.
4. After the goods are received, BOXPUT will arrange a refund within 7 working days.
Q3: What are the notes for return?
A: 5 notes:
1. Returns must include all accessories;
2. Items must include original packaging;
3. For warranty claims not related to product quality, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs;
4. For warranty claims not related to product quality, BOXPUT will refund the full cost of the product excluding the sending shipping cost;
5. If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.
Q4: How is the warranty expired?
A: All of the listed BOXPUT items are with 12 months warranty. Refund requests for the 7-day return policy expire 30 days after the warranty claim is made. For non-quality-related issues with expired warranties, returns will not be processed.
