Q: Applications Quit Unexpectedly After Viewing for a Period of Time

A: Please confirm if your storage is sufficient. Please go to Advanced Settings in Settings to confirm the available storage. Unexpected quitting may occur when available storage is less than 1GB. Please go to “My Apps” and delete rarely-used apps.


Q: How to Update the System?

A: Please click Settings > System Update, and you will see a green icon, meaning the system needs to update. Simply click this icon and complete the update.


Q: Only voice search is available on YouTube. What should I do if I want to search by keywords?

A: Press the Return button when the YouTube voice search pops up and the invoice input entry field will disappear. Then press the right button and the virtual keyboard will appear. Now you can search by keywords.


App Download:

You can look for apps you are interested in to install from the “App Store”. After installation, you can find the apps in “My Apps”. If the desired app is not available in the store, you can go to “My Apps” → “Play Store” to search for the targeted app and download.


Screen Mirroring:

1. Download a mirroring app from the “App Store”. After downloading, open the mirroring app from “Homepage” → “My Apps”.* It is recommended to use “Happycast” on iOS devices and “wifidisplay” or “miracast” on Android devices. 2. Connect the mobile phone and TV box to the same SSID (must be in the same domain). Screen mirroring. 3. For successful mirroring, select “Click to Mirror” on the mobile phone and then the TV box device. Screen mirroring.
